The Faction Warfare thing would also have been another great example.
maybe it's too early in the morning for me, but the whole issue with somer was that they were gifted valuable assets from thin air by ccp.
how does the tech monopoly or FW even remotely relate to that issue? |

Actually, it's something about where ccp was told about A Thing and didn't do much, so A Thing was exploited and they were reminded about A Thing and got around to fixing it so it was no longer A Thing. Do you want more details?

CCP was informed in advance of the possibility but decided that it was Fine. Then it was used to the tune of like 5 trillion isk and it was Not Fine and Not Intended.
